Known Issues

Problem: Reverse/Refund transaction or item fails.

Solution: Open the Da Vinci Tools Options dialog and signout from Google, and sign-in again.

Reason: If for some reason the Google authentication token is lost you will have to sign-in again. This seems to happen when you have just completed a monthly subscription.

Problem: Subscription isn't detected after a recent purchase.

Solution: If you just subscribed, allow up to 15 minutes for the license process to take effect (you can refresh the Da Vinci Tools Options dialog).

Reason: Paddle will update its status while processing your subscription payment and will trigger a web hook which will send the subscription status to a specific end point handled by Zapier, which will in turn create or update the subscription status in Firebase. To lower costs, the Zapier subscription currently processes requests every 15 minutes.

Solution: Chrome "sync" option must be enabled.

Reason: Da Vinci Tools uses to store preferences and other functioning statuses.
